L’azienda Barone di Villagrande consente, ad appassionati e curiosi, di visitare i propri vigneti e le storiche cantine dell’Etna. È possibile seguire degustazioni guidate ed assaggiare i piatti della cucina etnea in abbinamento ai nostri vini. In azienda è possibile acquistare anche i nostri vini. Inoltre, nel nostro ristorante potrete degustare i sapori del territorio.
Il menù è squisitamente stagionale, seguito in dettaglio dal nostro chef stellato Accursio Craparo e curato dalle mani e dall’energia del nostro chef Vittorio Caruso. Prendiamo gli ingredienti dal nostro orto biologico: verdure ed erbe aromatiche.
L’olio è il nostro extravergine di Nocellara dell’Etna. Carni e formaggi arrivano da allevamenti dell’Etna. Il miele di castagno è fatto dalle api nei nostri boschi. Le idee sono di Vittorio, giovane “chef” che ama questa terra come i suoi sapori.
The Barone di Villagrande company allows enthusiasts and the curious to visit their vineyards and the historic cellars of Etna. It is possible to follow guided tastings and taste the dishes of the Etnean cuisine in combination with our wines. On the farm it is also possible to buy our wines. Furthermore, in our restaurant you can taste the flavors of the territory.
The menu is exquisitely seasonal, followed in detail by our starred chef Accursio Craparo and taken care of by the hands and energy of our chef Vittorio Caruso. We take the ingredients from our organic garden: vegetables and aromatic herbs.
The oil is our Nocellara dell’Etna extra virgin olive oil. Meats and cheeses come from Etna farms. Chestnut honey is made by bees in our woods. The ideas come from Vittorio, a young “chef” who loves this land like the flavors of him.

2. VISITA DELLA CANTINA, WINE TASTING & PRANZO DI 5 PORTATE O 7 PORTATE: la nostra selezione di 5 o 7 vini in degustazione accompagnati da un pranzo completo, è possibile concordare previamente il menù in base ai prodotti di stagione disponibili nel nostro Orto Biologico e sul territorio Etneo. DURATA 3,00h circa. Disponibile dalle 12.00 alle 15.00. I tour iniziano ogni 30 minuti dalle 11.00 alle 13.00.
3. WINE TASTING E VISITA DEL VIGNETO: la nostra selezione di cinque vini in degustazione accompagnata da diversi assaggi legati alla tradizione siciliana in abbinamento e la visita nel nostro vigneto. DURATA 3:30/4:00h circa. Il tour inizia alle 10.30, va tenuto conto delle condizioni meteo.
4. WINE TASTING CON PRANZO E VISITA DEL VIGNETO: la nostra selezione di vini in degustazione accompagnata dai piatti del territorio abbinati ai vini e la visita nel nostro vigneto

1. WINE TASTING: our selection of five wines for tasting accompanied by various tastings linked to the Sicilian tradition in combination. DURATION: approximately 1.30h. Available from 11.00 to 17.00. Tours start every 30 minutes from 11.00 to 13.00, for subsequent tours a time must be agreed.
2. WINE TASTING & LUNCH: our selection of five wines for tasting accompanied by a complete lunch, it is possible to agree in advance the menu based on the seasonal products available in our Organic Garden and in the Etna area. DURATION about 3.00h. Available from 12.00 to 15.00. Tours start every 30 minutes from 11.00 to 13.00.
3. WINE TASTING AND VISIT OF THE VINEYARD: our selection of five wines for tasting accompanied by various tastings linked to the Sicilian tradition in combination and a visit to our vineyard. DURATION 3: 30/4: 00h approximately. The tour starts at 10.30, weather conditions must be taken into account.
